It looks like it could have been a vase, or maybe a Barber's Bottle? It's hard to tell from the picture, but I'm assuming the air bubbles are decorative and not a flaw.
I agree it looks like a vase. The glass appears to be free blown as opposed to being rigidly shaped by a mold, possibly early 18th cent. In the last picture, where it is surrounded by shards of China, would lead me to believe that it was found in England or America.
